Ten Pin Gin recipe

Check out this exquisite recipe for Ten Pin Gin, with London dry gin, Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur, dry vermouth, lime juice, egg and sugar syrup.

  • 1 1/2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 tsp egg white
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add a squeeze of a lime peel strip, and discard.
Garnish with slices of orange and lime, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
