Here is a enticing recipe for Socrates, with Canadian whisky, apricot brandy, Cointreau orange liqueur and bitters.

• 1 1/2 oz Canadian whisky
• 1 dash bitters
• 1 tsp Cointreau orange liqueur
• 1/2 oz apricot brandy

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
