Rochdale Cowboy recipe
This is a mouthwatering recipe for Rochdale Cowboy, with blended whiskey, Southern Comfort peach liqueur, orange juice, lemon juice, superfine sugar and bitters.
- 1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Combine whiskey, Southern Comfort, fruit juices, sugar and bitters in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
