Check out this great recipe for Phoebe Snow, with Dubonnet Rouge vermouth, brandy and Pernod licorice liqueur.

• 1 1/2 oz brandy
• 1 tsp Pernod licorice liqueur
• 2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth

Pour the Dubonnet, brandy and Pernod into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, and stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
