This is a great recipe for Perfect Lady, with gin, peach brandy, lemon juice and egg.

• 1 oz egg white
• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz peach brandy

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a double-cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of peach.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
