Check out this distinctive recipe for Parrot Cocktail, with Yellow Chartreuse, dry vermouth, apricot brandy and anisette.

• 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 1 oz apricot brandy
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• 1 tsp anisette

Stir and strain into a wine glass filled with broken ice.
Garnish with red, green and yellow cherries on a stick.

Serve in a White Wine Glass.
