Here is a heavenly recipe for Paddy Cocktail, with Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth and bitters.

• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash bitters

Shake all three ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
