A divine recipe for Ortensia, with rosso vermouth, Aperol orange liqueur and Scotch whisky.

• 2 cl Aperol orange liqueur
• 2 cl rosso vermouth
• 3 cl Scotch whisky

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
