Check out this mouthwatering recipe for Orchid Cocktail, with gin, creme de violette and egg.

• 1 dash creme de violette
• 1 egg white
• 2 oz gin

Pour the gin, violet liqueur and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
