Check out this delicious recipe for Olympia-Flip, with Galliano herbal liqueur, orange juice, cream and egg.

• 1 egg yolk
• 30 ml cream
• 30 ml orange juice
• 40 ml Galliano herbal liqueur

Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well, and pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with fine cracked almonds.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
