Nadir Cocktail recipe

A heavenly recipe for Nadir Cocktail, with gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine syrup, pineapple juice and soda water.

  • 1 2/3 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  • 1/3 oz cherry brandy
  • 2 tsp pineapple juice
  • 2/3 oz lemon juice
  • 2/3 oz strawberry syrup
  • 3 oz soda water

Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with soda water.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
