Here is a delectable recipe for Mutiny, with dark rum, bitters, Dubonnet Rouge vermouth and maraschino cherry.

• 1 1/2 oz dark rum
• 1 maraschino cherry
• 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
• 2 dashes bitters

Combine the rum, dubonnet, and bitters in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
