Midori Ecstacy recipe

Check out this distinctive recipe for Midori Ecstacy, with Midori melon liqueur, white rum, Blue Curacao liqueur, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  • pineapple juice

Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.
