Midnight Sun recipe

A exquisite recipe for Midnight Sun, with Finlandia vodka, Cointreau orange liqueur, apricot brandy, grenadine syrup and lemon juice.

  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz Finlandia vodka

Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Saucer.
