Here is a very pleasant recipe for Mexican Blonde, with light rum, Kahlua coffee liqueur, Orange Curacao liqueur and cream.

• 1 1/2 oz light rum
• 1 oz cream
• 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
