Check out this very pleasant recipe for Marc Feldini, with vodka, sake rice wine and cucumber.

• 1 slice cucumber
• 1/2 tsp sake rice wine
• 2 oz vodka

Pour vodka and sake into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a rind sliver of cucumber, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
