Maraschino Collins recipe
A divine recipe for Maraschino Collins, with vodka, maraschino cherry juice, lemon juice and club soda.
- 1 1/2 oz sweetened maraschino cherry juice
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz club soda
Pour the vodka, fresh lemon juice and sweetened maraschino juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake and strain into a tall glass (12-16 oz) half-filled with crushed ice.
Fill with club soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
Add a teaspoon of sugar optional.
Serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
