Manila Flame recipe

A divine recipe for Manila Flame, with Manila dark rum, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, passion-fruit nectar and lime juice.

  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz Manila dark rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz passion-fruit nectar
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice

Pour the Manila dark rum, juices, passion-fruit nectar and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a pilsner glass, and serve.

Serve in a Beer Pilsner.
