Here is a tasteful recipe for Man Overboard, with cognac, triple sec, Galliano herbal liqueur, pomegranate juice and caster sugar.

• 1 oz cognac
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1/2 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
• 2 oz pomegranate juice
• 3/4 oz triple sec

Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
