Here is a great recipe for Major Bailey, with gin, lemon juice, lime juice, caster sugar and mint.

• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp lime juice
• 2 mint sprigs
• 2 oz gin

Pour gin, lemon and lime juice into a double-cocktail glass.
Add the sugar.
Gently crush the mint, and add to the glass.
Fill with crushed ice, and serve with a cherry and fresh mint sprig.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
