Major Bailey recipe
A adorable recipe for Major Bailey, with gin, lemon juice, lime juice, caster sugar and mint.
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 mint sprigs
- 2 oz gin
Pour gin, lemon and lime juice into a double-cocktail glass.
Add the sugar.
Gently crush the mint, and add to the glass.
Fill with crushed ice, and serve with a cherry and fresh mint sprig.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
