Check out this very pleasant recipe for Lemon Celebration, with Chambord raspberry liqueur, Bacardi Limon rum and Champagne.

• 1 oz Bacardi Limon rum
• 1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
• 3 oz Champagne

Shake gently with ice (the champagne will fizz).
Strain into a martini glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
