Jean Lafitte recipe

This is a heavenly recipe for Jean Lafitte, with gin, triple sec, powdered sugar, egg, lemon juice and anisette.

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 dash anisette
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 - 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz triple sec

Shake over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
