Hilgert Cocktail recipe
This is a luscious recipe for Hilgert Cocktail, with dry vermouth, gin, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice and bitters.
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 tsp grapefruit juice
- 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 oz gin
Pour vermouth, gin, maraschino, grapefruit juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
