This is a tasteful recipe for Happy Honey Cocktail, with brandy, grapefruit juice and honey syrup.

• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz brandy

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a small martini glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
