This is a adorable recipe for Green Fairy, with absinthe herbal liqueur, water, lemons, egg and Angostura bitters.

• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
• 1 oz water
• 2 tsp egg white
• juice of 1 lemons

Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
