Here is a tempting recipe for Golden Girl, with Bacardi 8 rum, simple syrup, pineapple juice, Offley Rich tawny port and egg.

• 1 oz Bacardi 8 rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 egg
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 3/4 oz Offley Rich tawny port

SHake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with grated orange zest, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
