This is a exquisite recipe for Ginza Strip, with sake rice wine, sweet vermouth and Angostura bitters.

• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 2 dashes sweet vermouth
• 2 oz sake rice wine

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
