Here is a nice recipe for Gibson, with gin, vermouth and onions.

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 2 cocktail onions
• 3/4 oz vermouth

Stir gin and vermouth over ice cubes in a mixing glass.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Add the cocktail onions and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
