This is a nice recipe for Ferocious Flip, with brandy, ruby port, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.

• 1 1/2 oz brandy
• 1 egg
• 1 oz ruby port
• 1 pinch nutmeg
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz light cream

Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
