Derby Fizz recipe
Check out this distinctive recipe for Derby Fizz, with Scotch whisky, triple sec, lemon juice, sugar, egg and soda water.
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 oz Scotch whisky
- soda water
Combine all ingredients except water with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Pour over ice cubes in a chilled collins glass.
Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
Serve in a Collins Glass.
