Danish Gin Fizz recipe
Here is a delectable recipe for Danish Gin Fizz, with gin, cherry heering, Kirschwasser cherry brandy, lime juice, superfine sugar and soda water.
- 1 tsp Kirschwasser cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz cherry heering
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 1/2 oz soda water
- 2 oz gin
Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
