Cumulus recipe

Check out this appetizing recipe for Cumulus, with Drambuie Scotch whisky, Tia Maria coffee liqueur, cream, egg and sugar.

  • 1 1/2 cl Tia Maria coffee liqueur
  • 1 cl cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 cl Drambuie Scotch whisky

Shake intensely with ice.
Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
