Cream Sherry Flip recipe

Check out this enjoyable recipe for Cream Sherry Flip, with cream sherry, egg, superfine sugar, light cream and nutmeg.

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp light cream
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz cream sherry

Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
