Cream Puff recipe

Here is a enticing recipe for Cream Puff, with white rum, light cream, powdered sugar and club soda.

  • 1 oz light cream
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 6 oz club soda

Pour the rum, light cream and powdered sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
Shake well, and strain over 2 or 3 ice cubes in a highball glass.
Fill with club soda, and serve.
