Here is a sweet recipe for Cowboy Cocktail, with Scotch whisky and light cream.

• 1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
• 1 tbsp light cream

Pour both ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
