Cool Carlos recipe

This is a appetizing recipe for Cool Carlos, with dark rum, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet and sour mix.

  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 splash sweet and sour mix
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Combine all ingredients (except curacao) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well.
Pour into a collins glass and float curacao on top.
Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
