Here is a luscious recipe for Columbus Cocktail, with gold rum, apricot brandy and lime juice.

• 1 1/2 oz gold rum
• 1 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz apricot brandy

Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice, and strain into a double-cocktail glass.
Add a slice of lime and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
