This is a nice recipe for Colony Room Cocktail, with Ricard pastis, gin, Noilly Prat French vermouth and Angostura bitters.

• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Ricard pastis
• 2 dashes Noilly Prat French vermouth
• 2 oz gin

Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside.
Pour out the excess.
Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass.
Serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
