This is a great recipe for Clover Club Royal, with gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and egg.

• 1 egg yolk
• 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
• 2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz lemon juice

Shake well and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
