Cherry Fluster recipe
A enjoyable recipe for Cherry Fluster, with Campari bitters, cherry brandy, honey, cherry conserve, lemon juice, strawberry and Champagne.
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 halved strawberry
- 1 tbsp cherry conserve
- 1 tsp honey
- 15 ml Campari bitters
- 20 ml cherry brandy
- 90 - 120 ml Champagne
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
Double strain the mixture into a Champagne glass, then top with Champagne, and garnish with the strawberry.
Serve.
Serve in a Champagne Flute.
