Champagne Fizz recipe
This is a mouthwatering recipe for Champagne Fizz, with gin, lemon juice, superfine sugar and Champagne.
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz chilled Champagne
Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
Strain into a champagne flute, add champagne, and serve.
Serve in a Champagne Flute.
