Champagne Cornucopia recipe

Here is a distinctive recipe for Champagne Cornucopia, with vodka, peach schnapps, Champagne, rainbow sherbert and cranberry juice.

  • 1 oz Champagne
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 2 scoops rainbow sherbert
  • 3/4 oz peach schnapps

Pour the cranberry juice into a large red wine glass and set aside.
Combine sherbet, vodka, and peach schnapps in a cocktail shaker.
Shake until smooth.
Pour over cranberry juice to product a swirl effect.
Layer champagne on top.
Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Serve in a Red Wine Glass.
