Here is a heavenly recipe for Cesar Ritz, with gin, dry vermouth, cherry heering and Kirschwasser cherry brandy.

• 1/3 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
• 1/3 oz cherry heering
• 2 oz gin
• 2/3 oz dry vermouth

Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a red cherry, soaked in eau de vie.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
