This is a tasty recipe for Centauri Sundown, with vodka, grenadine syrup and sweet and sour mix.

• 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
• 1/2 oz vodka
• sweet and sour mix

Pour the vodka and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with sour mix, to taste, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
