- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 6 oz apple cider
Pour the lemon juice, egg and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
Strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes.
Top with apple cider, stir well, and serve.
Serve in a Highball Glass.
