- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 orange
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 oz Curacao orange liqueur

Use a thick-skinned california orange, peeling the rind very close to the edge.
Avoid the white pulp, and chop the rind finely.
Combine the other ingredients in a blender with the rind, and blend until smooth and thick.
