Cosmobellini recipe

Here is a distinctive recipe for Cosmobellini, with Absolut Citron vodka, Cointreau orange liqueur, lime, cranberry juice, peach puree and Prosecco sparkling wine.

  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 oz Absolut Citron vodka
  • 1 splash cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz white peach puree
  • Prosecco sparkling wine

Pour vodka and cointreau into a shaker.
Squeeze in the juice of one wedge of lime.
Add peach puree, a splash of cranberry juice, and shake.
Strain into a cocktail glass, top with prosecco and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
