A heavenly recipe for Ojen Cocktail, with ojen anise liqueur, Peychaud bitters, sugar and water.
- 1 dash Peychaud bitters
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 oz water
- 2 oz ojen anise liqueur
Pour the ojen, peychaud bitters, sugar and water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 pint lemon juice
- 1 pint triple sec
- 2 pints pineapple juice
- Absolut vodka
- water
Fill a fifth of a bottle with equal parts of vodka and water.
Add the egg white.
Shake well until egg is thoroughly mixed, and pour into a punch bowl with the triple sec, juice, and sugar.
Serve in a Punch Bowl.

- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 oz tequila
- 3 pieces cloves
- 6 oz water
Mix all ingredients (except cinnamon stick) and heat gently until butter is melted.
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Check out this delightful recipe for Cranberry Juice Cocktail, with cranberries, water, salt, oranges and sugar.
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - 3 slices oranges
- 5 cups water
- salt
Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices.
Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst — about 10 minutes.
Pour the fruit and liquid into a cheesecloth-lined sieve.
Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the sugar and boil for two or three minutes.
Taste and add more sugar if it is needed.
Cool and chill the juice before serving.
