  • 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 tsp orgeat syrup
  • water

This is a heavenly recipe for Mullens Mai Tai, with anejo rum, light rum, Cointreau orange liqueur, pineapple juice, grenadine syrup, orgeat syrup and limes.

  • 1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 1 oz anejo rum
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine syrup
  • 1 tsp orgeat syrup
  • juice of 1/2 limes

Combine ingredients in an empty shaker.
Shake vigorously then pour contents into a tall cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a slice of orange, a wedge of pineapple or a cherry (or all three).

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Japanese Cocktail recipe

A tempting recipe for Japanese Cocktail, with brandy, orgeat syrup, lime juice, bitters and lime.

  • 1 1/2 tsp orgeat syrup
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 twist lime peel
  • 2 oz brandy

Shake all ingredients (except lime peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Add the twist of lime peel and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
